A women’s fitness boot camp routine that’ll blow you away

If you’ve joined a fitness boot camp lately and have been disappointed by the amount of yawning you end up doing, let me give you a fitness boot camp routine that will keep you sizzling and begging for more!

The key to a good exercise program is variety, keeping your mind engaged and have an ever progressing body.   This fitness boot camp routine will raise your metabolism through the roof and burn lots of calories.   You’ll shape some lovely buns, sexy shoulders, and long, luscious legs.   Sounds like a girl’s best friend.   Wouldn’t you agree?   Well, let’s hop to it!

The Bombshell Fitness Boot Camp Routine

Complete this routine three times a week and enjoy happier times with higher energy levels and a hotter bod!

Warm up: You know the drill!   Get that heart rate up slowly and warm up your muscles to prevent any strains or aches.   A good choice would be jumping jacks, toe touches, hugs, and jogging in place.   Do this for 5 minutes before starting any fitness boot camp routine, especially intense ones like this one.

Circuit One: With this circuit we will focus on slimming those thighs and legs!

20 twisting jump squats
20 high knees
5 lunge circles- a complete circle is a front, side, and back lunge with one leg, and a back, side, and forward lunge with the other leg.
20 donkey kicks
6x 20 second sprints

This fitness boot camp routine will raise your metabolism through the roof and burn lots of calories.   You’ll shape some lovely buns, sexy shoulders, and long, luscious legs.   Sounds like a girl’s best friend.   Wouldn’t you agree?

Circuit Two: Now to the arms.   Get rid of that underarm giggle!

10 explosive push ups
30 walking crabs
30 seconds of holding your hands over your head while doing split jumps
20 bench or chair dips
10 cartwheels (wee!)
4×20 second sprints

Circuit Three: Whittle the Middle

15 side plank pulses on each side
30 reverse crunches
20 bicycles
20 planks with toe touches
20 penguins
6×20 seconds sprints

Repeat the circuits one more time and tell me if you were bored during one moment in this fitness boot camp routine!
