Okay ladies, there is absolutely nothing wrong with a little help inthe bust area, and there are certain ways that this can be done. Some are dangerous and expensive and some a simple and natural and free!
Today, we will be talking about how to do a bench incline press and why it can benefit you! A bench incline press is a crucial weightlifting move for bodybuilders and is definitely a good thing for you too! It’s been done for years and can be done improperlywithout even knowing it.
First, you need to know how you will do your bench incline presses: with dumbbells or with a barbell (we will be talking about how to do a bench incline press with a barbell). Next, find a weight bench and put it in the incline position. The seat should be diagonal and the back should be diagonal. Sit yourself down and plant your feet firmly on the ground. If you are using a barbell, make sure there are equal amount of weight on both sides – you don’t want to end up lopsided!
Place your hands on the grip of the bar. Lift the bar off the rest and get comfortable. Slowly bring the bar down toward the top of your chest. You should be pushing your chest out slightly. The top of your shoulder blades should be pressed against the bench.
Do NOT, I repeat, do not bounce the weight off your chest. That is cheating and it’s bad for your shoulders. At the same pace as you came down, push back up. Don’t extend your elbows completely.
There you go! Nothing to it, right? Repeat this for three sets of 15 reps and you’ve just given yourself a natural boost in the bust area by strengthening the muscles that keep those babies perky! That is how to do a bench incline press for a natural lift.
